Green Cupcakes for My Little Leprechauns!

In honor of St.Patrick's Day I decided make a special treat for dessert after our dinner of corned beef and cabbage.  So I thought, "why not make a cake?," then I thought, "why not make cupcakes? I can make GREEN cupcakes!"  So I took out my trusty laptop and started looking for basic white cake recipes. Here is a link to the one I used , I added enough green food coloring until it was a shade of green that I was happy with.  I topped it with my Butter Cream Cheese Frosting. I was told that they  came out great. 

And they looked pretty festive too!
