icandy handmade: (tutorial) One Shoulder Ruffled Maxi
OMG too cute! Is it bad that I want to make making dresses like this one for me and Teenie. I love this design, I am thinking to make it a little more sophsiticated by doing it in a classic solid color like grey or navy or black. Heck, I might even make a party version in red.
